Our beautiful hillside is nestled in a serene cove carved out of Georgia’s second largest lake. Enjoy a cool breeze off of still waters for a quiet, peaceful, and memorable wedding day. Invite as many as 150 guests to witness this special event, as they comfortably sit within our freshly landscaped wedding grounds.
This package includes an arbor to serve as the focal point of your ceremony, as well as adequate seating for your guests. The set-up of these items in your ceremony is a task to be completed by a devoted staff of The Lodge on Lake Oconee.

Waterfront Receptions
Celebrate this special day with your friends and family, as you enjoy the serene atmosphere provided by the cove in which The Lodge is snuggly nestled. Our lakeside lawn is perfect for the gathering of those who mean the most to you at the start of your new life together. With calm waters in a secluded location, this lake-front property is sure to provide for an evening you will never forget! Included in your reception package are chairs to seat your guests around tables and linens, also provided in your package. Allow The Lodge to provide the setup of these items as well, in an arrangement that best suits your guests and celebratory style.

Rehearsal Dinner
Celebrate your engagement by gathering with your closest friends on the evening before you wed. Our Great Room is perfect for a Post-Rehearsal dinner. With a maximum capacity of 70 for dinner, the Great Room provides a comfortable atmosphere in which to gather with those participating in your special day. Reserve this room for only $250.
Bridal Luncheon
Reserve our Great Room or Break Room for only $250 per day, or alternatively by the hour, to celebrate that special day with your bridesmaids. Catering services are available if needed, and the lake's most accommodating staff will be happy to help in starting this exciting event in memorable way.
Guest Lodging
Allow your guests to enjoy our lodging facilities, with an assortment of suites, handicap accessible rooms, & Jacuzzi rooms, as they visit the lake for your
special occasion. The Lodge recognizes the travel expenses & special arrangements to be made for & by your guests, and prides itself in making these arrangements as affordable & convenient as possible. Arrange a block of rooms for your guests, as they enjoy our group discounts.
Complimentary Bridal Suite
Also included in our Wedding Packages for the Bride-To-Be is a complimentary weekend stay in our Executive Suite. With a larger common area than other rooms within The Lodge, this suite is perfect for the gathering of bridesmaids and those helping to prepare the bride for her special day. Ask also for our Groomsman Suite.
